When and where is the Fall Fair

The Brackendale Fall Fair is always the first Saturday after Labour Day weekend.

Nestled in the forest at the Brackendale Farmers Institute Park 41976 Government Road in Brackendale. Guests are welcome from 10am – 5 pm but please, leave four legged friends at home.

Walk or ride your bike: Bike Racks available.

Bus: Take local transit bus # 1 to Brackendale, bus stop is at Axen and Government.

Parking: If you must use a vehicle, park at Don Ross Secondary or Brackendale Elementary School lots. ‘No Parking’ on Government Rd bylaw is strictly enforced.

Is the Fall Fair accessible to people with disabilities?

The Fall Fair takes place in a forest, on natural surface paths and lush green lawn. There are no stairs. Baby strollers, wheelchairs, canes, etc. are welcome.

BC Guide Dog and Service Dog Certification must be shown at gate. Due to numerous other farm animals on site, this will be strictly enforced.

What will I find at the fair?

After a short stroll through the forest, your path will open to a wonderland of all day fun. Find community organizations, your friends, farm animals, exhibit tents, local farm produce, baked goods, jams & jellies, honeys and syrups, hot meals, picnic area, artisan goods, tantalizing body care, games, zucchini races, tractor rides thru the forest, Sasquatch, stage performers and more.

How do I enter my exhibit pieces at the Fall Fair?

Start work on your project early so that it is in its total glory for the Fall Fair. See Exhibit Information to learn about categories, forms, fees and logistics.

Is there an ATM at the Fall Fair?

Not yet. Closest ATM is at Brackendale General Store, 2 blocks away.

How can I be more involved or
sign up to volunteer for the Fall Fair?

We welcome volunteers for all sorts of tasks. You can find all the information on our Get Involved page.

How do I sign up to vendor the Fall Fair?

We use an online sign up and e transfers for vendors. Vendor registration starts May 1 and closes August 1. You’ll find all the information on our Vendor Information page.

Can I bring my dog to the Fall Fair?

NO. Unless you can show BC Guide Dog and Service Dog Certificate of Registration.
